How do I choose the right color temperature for my room?
We recommend warm white (2700K-3000K) for cozy areas like bedrooms and living rooms, while cool white (4000K-5000K) is ideal for task-oriented spaces like kitchens, home offices, and bathrooms.
What is your shipping policy for fragile lighting fixtures?
We take extra care with our packaging, using reinforced boxes and custom foam inserts. All orders are shipped via insured carriers, and we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
What happens if my light fixture arrives damaged?
While we pack with care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Are your LED bulbs dimmable?
Most of our fixtures and bulbs are dimmable, but it depends on the specific model. Please check the product specifications page for the 'Dimmable' tag and ensure you are using a compatible LED dimmer switch.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, LightCo provides the hardware and detailed instruction manuals, but we do not provide direct installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for all non-installed fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for oversized items, and custom-made orders are final sale.
