Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
